I am a former psychotherapist and adjunct professor of psychology, also trained as a coach.  What I have loved most in my career has been teaching  revolutionary ways to improve lives through decreasing chronic stress, deepening inner connections and living out potentials.

 

Now I am looking at the levels of stress and negative thinking in modern life, wanting to help organizations, businesses and individuals learn to release and transform these states independently.  From there a calm sureness exists that will radically change thinking. Increasing use of mind’s potential will begin from there.  To reach this place, maintaining stable long term use of the techniques is necessary.  New habits are essential, so habit formation will be taught, based on the research backed Tiny Habits methods.  The training also includes  practicing more happy, calm, intentional, effective and creative mind states.

My own life has been a journey from feeling stressed a great deal of the time, always wishing to please others, to finding my own inner place of intention, calm and centered state of being. 

 

When I live out of this state, I know I am able to use more of my mind’s potentials, and I feel so much better.  I have used many tools through this journey and have distilled and synthesized them to bring you a unique package.  Bringing this to the workplace, those in healthcare, and anyone wanting to learn these tools will increase the quiet joy in the environment, bring out the effective productive thinking you want to see, enhance creative idea making and this comes through while decreasing stress and negativity.

 

Imagine a society where people are feeling good, communicating well with others, performing well in their roles, able to handle and release stresses and perform their duties with positivity, effective focus and creativity, living out more of their potentials.  Learning a definite way to add positive habits goes a long way toward increasing your life enjoyment and productivity.

This is a weekly 30 minute group to increase the enjoyment of de-stressing and activating the vagus nerve with deep relaxation, short meditations and a variety of things changing weekly.  It is,  available either as part of a training package, included in an individual package or by monthly subscription on its own.

These trainings take place in person or on zoom in real time.

They combine factual support for the techniques, increasing participants understanding of stress and the possibilities of using more of your mind's potentials.  Building elements of De-Stressing and Vagus nerve activation can be formed into habits, and a proven technique for bringing habits into being in your life will be taught.

Depending on your group or business, trainings can be taught in different time blocks ranging from one hour to an afternoon or a solid weekend.

Individual sessions are 50 minutes.

They have better access to ideas, creativity, and personal stamina.
 

Abundant ways to release stress are presented in books, articles, apps, podcasts and so on. They are helpful but can’t give readers/listeners the experiential training and practice that a group training in real time can provide.  In addition:

 

 People learn better in an environment of support, encouragement, humor and self-expression.    

This is the environment I create in my workshops.

 Factual information will be combined with experiential practice of techniques that have been shown to work.  We keep the pace moving to weave in and out of deep relaxation combined with an energized calm, having some fun along the way.
