Offered live in Colorado or on zoom.

Build a stronger, calmer inner core

This is ideal for hospitals, patients or staff, or other businesses needing to improve employees, or patients health, morale and life/work satisfaction

In this training participants will learn several easy to practice techniques for stress reduction and building a stronger, calmer inner core to bounce back from all they  have to deal with.

Key outcomes:

Calmer inner core

Often our focus is only on the outer world, responding and reacting to what is around us.  As you build your inner core, life becomes easier, responses flow more easily from a place of inner strength.

Bounce back

Practiced regularly, these techniques give you greater resilience, increasing ease of working with challenges of day to day life, as well as the BIG problems that arise.

Feel good

Leave each session feeling more composed, connected in a new way to your deeper being, and feeling good.

How does the training work?

I will help set the stage with some guided deep relaxation/hypnotherapy to give you a chance to reset your current stress level into a calmer place.  Depending on where the training takes place, we might rouse ourselves with a couple of minutes of movement to music maybe just at a desk stretches.

Music helps us get in sync and the movement brings us to the here and now.

The techniques you will learn vary from somewhat active to very still so the training will alternate between these to keep our energy alive.  The best calm center we can have is also full of calm alive energy.  Non frantic, non stressed energy, but energetic all the same.

These techniques are backed by research, and leave you feeling good.

Because we all have experienced the enjoyment and motivating power of learning something new, then seeing that motivation fade, I am including training in creating positive habits.  This is based on JB Fogg’s Tiny Habits training, which is proven highly effective.

You can learn to habitually apply destressing techniques and feel both physically and psychologically renewed several times per day.  Learning to set up and practice Tiny Habits in itself is life changing.  I also offer it as a stand alone small group training.
