Calm Inner Chaos Training

Invite Dianne to run 'Calming Inner Chaos' sessions for hospital staff,  patients or therapist groups to help them bounce back from stress and maintain a calm clear center during tough times.

One hour sessions either in person or on zoom, designed to help nurses and healthcare practitioners or patients to rebalance themselves in stressful situations and foster their strong inner core.  Habit Training will make destressing habitual.

In these sessions, Dianne will help participants to practice techniques for stress reduction to help them build a stronger, calmer inner core to bounce back from all that we have to deal with.

Key outcomes:

Calmer inner core

Learn several easy to practice techniques for stress reduction and building a stronger, calmer inner core

Bounce back

Learn how to bounce back from everything we have to deal with.

Feel good

Leave each session feeling good.

How does the training work?

You can book Dianne for a one off one hour session, or a series of six sessions.

Dianne will help set the stage with some guided deep relaxation/ hypnotherapy to give participants a chance to reset their current stress level into a calmer place.  Depending on where the training takes place, we might rouse ourselves with a couple of minutes of movement to music, even if this is just at a desk stretches or stretches from a chair.

This isn't just about finding calm, it's about finding calm and bringing new energy to our bodies for work and healing. Music helps us get in sync and the movement brings us to the here and now.

The techniques covered will learn vary from somewhat active to very still so the training will alternate between these to keep energy alive in the groups.  The best calm center we can have is also full of calm alive energy.  Non frantic, non stressed energy, but energetic all the same.

These techniques are backed by research, and leave you feeling good.

Because we all have experienced the enjoyment and motivating power of learning something new, then seeing that motivation fade, I am including training in creating positive habits.  This is based on JB Fogg’s Tiny Habits training, which is proven highly effective.

Participants learn to habitually apply destressing techniques and feel both physically and psychologically renewed several times per day.  Learning to set up and practice Tiny Habits in itself is life changing.
