Resilience Growing Group
30 minute weekly group to help you slow down, relax and create energetic calm
This is a 30 minute group you can drop into from anywhere short of driving your car. We will sometimes do deep relaxation which could be deeply problematic when driving. The group will tend to go from slowing down, deeper relaxation in the here and now, into some movement, which can be done at a desk, and creating an energetic calm state for getting things done, while feeling good.

How does the subscription work?
Monthly subscription to just this group is $15 per month, paid in 4 month increments, for the first 20 people. Only $4.00 per group.
This offer will go away when we reach 20 subscribers.
Entry price for people entering after the first 20 will be $20 per month, $6 per group.
The subscription fee you enter with will remain the same.

At this moment there is no capability to record these groups but it will be coming, with email to allow them to be seen at your convenience.
Why not just get an app that does something like this? Because, I will listen to individual requests in emails or chats, there will be different information coming in, the spontaneity breaks things up and sometimes I'm funny.

Course details
This group is ongoing. In addition to subscribers, anyone enrolled in a course has free access to Stressbusters for 8 weeks
