Key details
Join me on a rejuvenating nature walk on January 17th from 12:00 – 1:30, meeting at the covered picnic tables behind Chautauqua Auditorium.
This walk is designed to help you cultivate a calm center and sense of renewal. It’s like a mini vacation for your soul.
We will have a maximum number of 12 on each walk. The first 4 to enroll can do so at a fee of $10 per excursion, with a fee of $20 for those following.
About the walk
We will walk in nature for about an hour, on trails through the woods and meadows behind Chautauqua Auditorium, with beautiful views.
I ask that walkers remain silent during the trek, listening and reflecting on the insights and techniques I share at key staged of the trail.
We will be using scientifically backed techniques, such as HeartMath® Breathing and Deep Focusing, in combination with the beauty and peace of the natural world; techniques you can take into your daily life to feel increasingly better day to day.
This will be a mini vacation for your soul that allows you to feel renewed and operate from a calm, clear, quietly joyful place. Think of your best, most content or joyous mood - this can become the place you operate from more and more of the time, and you will practice entering this state during the walk.

We will meet at the covered picnic tables behind Chautauqua Auditorium,
Boulder CO.
Plan on an 80 minute silent nature excursion.
Wear layers that allow for our variable Colorado weather, and bring your water bottle. If temperatures are below 35, the excursion will be postponed for one week.
Why join?
Reason 1
When stressed it's very difficult to take time for yourself, unless it is a set appointment. Having a series of sessions set up for yourself gives you the time to manage your stress levels, improve your health and psychological well being.
Reason 2
This training done one to one helps you select techniques that work best for you, then build the use of them into ongoing habits
Reason 3
The support of another person along with the training and habit formation, help you build your own calm center, and increase your use of your positive potentials.
